These Terms of Service govern access to and use of fostanix.shop, including purchases made through the online store.

8. Shipping

All qualifying orders receive free standard shipping.

Our normal estimated delivery time is 15–20 days.

Additional shipping terms are contained in our Shipping Policy and form part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates are not intended to remove mandatory rights relating to delayed delivery.

French consumer guidance provides specific remedies where a professional fails to deliver within the agreed period, including circumstances in which the consumer may require delivery within an additional reasonable period and subsequently cancel the contract.

9. Transfer of Risk

Risk relating to products transfers in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to place transportation risk on a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory law.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Eligible consumers purchasing goods online may exercise the applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

For eligible distance purchases in France, this period is generally at least 14 days from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

11. Legal Guarantees
